Decisions of the constitutive meeting of Musti Group plc’s Board of Directors

In its constitutive meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Musti Group plc elected Jeffrey David the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ingrid Jonasson Blank the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors also appointed members to its Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

Ingrid Jonasson Blank was elected Chairman of the Audit Committee and Juho Frilander and Ilkka Laurila as other members of the Audit Committee.

Jeffrey David was elected Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Ingrid Jonasson Blank and Juho Frilander as other members of the Remuneration Committee.

The Board of Directors assessed the independence of its members and concluded that all members are independent of the company and its major shareholders.
