Musti Group plc (the “Company”) has on 3 January 2024 received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (”GS”), according to which GS’s holding of the shares and votes of the Company increased above the threshold of 5 percent on 2 January 2024.

GS holds a total of 1,682,168 shares corresponding to an ownership of 5.02 percent of the Company’s shares and votes.
