Musti Group Plc has today received a notification in accordance with the Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act from The Capital Group Companies, Inc., according to which The Capital Group Companies, Inc.’s indirect holding of the shares and votes of the Company increased above the threshold of 5 percent on 13 February 2020.
