Musti ja Mirri awarded for best customer experience among omni-channel companies in Finland
Musti ja Mirri team was awarded with a special recognition in today’s Customer Experience of the Year Awards gala arranged by ASML and Avaus. Musti ja Mirri was ranked as the 1st in the omni-channel category and 2nd overall. In the survey, approximately 2,700 consumers assess 55 participating companies.
Musti ja Mirri has participated in Customer Experience of the Year Awards since 2017, and the results from being at the top of the ranking every year validate our focus on customer experience. This year we are particularly satisfied with results in two categories of the voting as we were selected the “Most friendly” and “Most trusted” retailer of the year. Musti ja Mirri was also voted as the easiest retailer to do business with, number one in expertise and best ranked as “the company that understands me and my needs”.
